29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): (vii) Mobile ladder stands and platforms that have wheels or casters are equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform; and a) Warehouse: On or about April 05, 2017, an employee used an 11-foot mobile ladder stand that had a worn rubber stop, which allowed the mobile ladder to move or shift during use, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
