29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): "NO SMOKING" sign(s) in large letters on contrasting color backgrounds were not conspicuously posted at spraying area(s) and paint storage room(s): On or about May 9, 2017 and times prior thereto, at spray painting and open face booths, the employer did not ensure that "NO SMOKING" sign(s) were posted where paints and solvents with flashpoints less than 199.4 °F (93 °C) i.e. Category 3 flammable liquids were used for spray painting operations.
