29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(ii): No riders shall be permitted on farm field equipment other than persons required for instruction or assistance in machine operation: On or about March 27, 2017 at the chicken farm, where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when operating a Bright Bullet rough terrain forklift (SN: 104130M2) to move chicken cages without preventing an unauthorized employee from riding on the step of the equipment.
