29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about March 16, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a fixed charging cable in the warehouse outside the high voltage cabinet had proper strain relief where the outer sheath was pulled away from the terminus, exposing the inner wiring. Abatement note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
