29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 24, 2017 the employer did not ensure that feasible administrative or engineering controls were determined and implemented to achieve compliance within the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d). An employees, working as a welder within the Lewis J Kuber Barge, was overexposed to iron oxide fumes at time weighted average of 11.740 mg/m3 (117% of the PEL).
