29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements o-f this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): Wave Wash Room: On, or about, February 24, 2017, the circuit breaker provided on the GE Flex-a-Plug mounted on the overhead buss bar was not locked out when the new receptacle project was completed by the Floor Manager. In the alternative, the feed to the buss bar could have been de-energized and locked out.
