29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) Troyer Growers, Inc., / 817 PA 97, Waterford, PA: On or about February 28, 2017 the employer did not require employees to wear head protection while erecting a steel building. The employer was utilizing a crane and an articulating boom as part of the erection process and creating an overhead hazard.
