29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) On or about February 22, 2017 for an employee who had not received training on proper techniques to mitigate the risk of struck-by hazards while acting as a spotter for backing construction equipment at the project site located at 1910 26th Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
