29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 2/1/2017 in the Baldwin Press Plant area at 1700 Old Covington Highway, Conyers, GA: The employer did not perform annual periodic inspection on the Baldwin Press equipment in the P2 North and South areas, exposing the employees to amputation hazard. The employers last periodic inspection of their written energy control procedures for the Baldwin Defiance Model 20 Press were performed 11/30/2015.
