29 CFR 1910.23(e)(2)(i): The slope of the step stringer to which the steps are attached are not to be more than 60 degrees, measured from the horizontal: On or about January 25, 2017, and at times prior there to, the employer does not ensure that a mobile ladder platform in the elevated trolley platform area is equipped with a step stringer that is less than 60 degrees in angle from the horizontal. The employee is exposed to a fall hazard.
