29 CFR 1910.179(f)(4)(vii): Brakes for stopping motion on a trolley or bridge did not stop the trolley or bridge within a distance in feet equal to 10 percent of a full load speed in feet per minute when traveling at full speed with full load: a) Fabrication shop, South end Gang 3 work area - On or about January 19, 2017, the brakes on overhead crane OC208 allowed the bridge to continue travel without a load on the crane for approximately 20 feet after the control was released.
