29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees were not wearing protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed when working in an area where there was a potential electrical hazard. At the job site, an employee was not wearing Class 3 Primary Sleeves while using a fiberglass duct rod with an attached copper wire near an open energized pad-mount transformer exposing the employee to electric shock hazards.
