29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii): Monthly inspections of hooks, with signed reports, were not performed: a) Jobsite, Main Bay, 1889 Mayview Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017: On or before December 27, 2016, crane inspection documents maintained by the employer show that monthly inspections of hooks with signed reports for were not performed for a Wright 10 ton overhead crane (type/model TRDG, serial number L32170). The crane was used by employees on a daily basis to lift powered industrial trucks of varying weights.
