29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts were not enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: a) On or about March 13, 2017, at the above located workplace, label machine operators and maintenance employees were required to work with a labeler machine which had a unguarded belt and pulley approximately 2 feet above the floor. The employees were exposed to the hazards associated with the moving and rotating equipment.
