29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1): Before an authorized or affected employee runs off a machine or equipment, the authorized employee did not have knowledge of the type and magnitude of the energy, the hazards of the energy to be controlled, and the method or means to control the energy: a) Kitchen, Hitec Linkwel Lines # 1 through #8 - On or about February 9, 2017 and times prior to, employees were not familiar with the type and magnitude of the energy, the hazards of the energy to be controlled and the method or means to control the energy while performing servicing and/or maintenance work to prepare the Linkwel machines for sanitation processes, thus exposing employees to caught-in and pinch point hazards.
