29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): An exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source: The employer is failing to protect employees from fire hazards in that an "EXIT" sign located in the receiving area was not illuminated. This was most recently documented on November 21, 2016 at a worksite located at 406 E. 5th Street, Valentine, NE 69201. The light bulb(s) were not operational in the EXIT sign.
