29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn nor a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: location: IFO center amenity on or about: 12/22/16 a) An employee was working from a Geanie S-85 aerial lift. The employee did not have a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
