29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(i)(A): Fuse handling equipment, insulated for the circuit voltage, was not used to remove or install fuses when the fuse terminals are energized. a. Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. - Archbold, Ohio: On or about October 31, 2016, an employee that removed and installed fuses for a 480 volt electrical panel used to power the punch table in the roll form department was exposed to electrical hazards in that insulated fuse pullers were not utilized.
