29 CFR 1910.179(l)(2)(ii): Cranes were operated before maintenance equipment was removed after adjustments and repairs had been made: A) Terex Utilities, Inc. DBA Terex Services, conducting work at 1300 Marion-Agosta Road, Marion, OH 43302: On or about September 16, 2016, after repairs of the Whiting 30-Ton overhead crane (Serial #12171), located in the West Bay of the Press Room, were completed, the employee remained on a crane service platform with a safety lanyard connected to the building's lifeline when the crane operator moved the crane.
