29 CFR 1926.59: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of this chapter. 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (a) On August 25, 2016, JW Construction & Plastering, Inc. did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. Safety data sheets were not kept for chemicals including, but not limited to Spec Mix Scratch & Brown Stucco.
