29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): Nameplates or markings for powered industrial trucks were not in place or were not maintained in a legible condition: a. Metal Conversions, Ltd. - Mansfield, Ohio: On or about August 25, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the data plate on the Komatsu forklift was legible so that operators were provided with information pertaining to the fuel type, forklift weight, and capacity. b. Metal Conversions, Ltd. - Mansfield, Ohio: On or about August 25, 2016, the Hyster forklift did not have a data plate so that operators were provided with information pertaining to the fuel type, forklift weight, and load center capacity to maximum height.
