29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. a) Ball Metal Beverage Container Corp. On or about August 18th, 2016 at the location of 12340 Co. Rd. 99 Findlay, OH, 45840 the employer failed to ensure employees were trained on the energy control program prior to conducting a changeover of the decorator and inkers, which would require lockout, exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
