29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. On or about August 12, 2016, on the Seaway Header at Sunoco Logistics Plant in Nederland, Texas; the employer did not ensure each employee received training in the Process Equipment Isolation which involves the recognition, isolation and control of hazardous energy sources contained in the piping header prior to performing welding operations on the equipment.
