29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: a) On or about August 5, 2016 the expanded metal guard installed around the pinch point on the U38 #1 molding machine created a laceration hazard from the sharp edges at the bottom of the guard. b) On or about August 5, 2016 the expanded metal guard installed around the pinch point on the U38 #2 molding machine created a laceration hazard from the sharp edges at the bottom of the guard. c) On or about August 5, 2016 the expanded metal guard installed around the pinch point on the U38 #3 molding machine created a laceration hazard from the sharp edges at the bottom of the guard. d) On or about August 5, 2016 the expanded metal guard installed around the pinch point on the U38 #4 molding machine created a laceration hazard from the sharp edges at the bottom of the guard.
