29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) FBG Flooring Solutions at 320 S Link Lane, Fort Collins CO 80521: On or about June 15, 2016 the employer did not ensure that a medical evaluation was conducted prior to the use of respiratory protection. This condition potentially exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
