29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iii): Unstable objects were used as working platforms: On or about May 20, 2016, at 2490 Holly Court, Cumming, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6-feet when he worked from an aluminum work platform that was designed to be used with swing stage scaffolds that was placed between the frame of a tubular welded frame scaffold.
