29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) In the trailer production facility: On May 18, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to potential fire hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher located near the LPG cylinder rack did not contain an annual maintenance check.
