29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Mill 3 room: Dust collected and analyzed by OSHA from chemicals used to make rubber, including but not limited to, sulfur, carbon black and Industrene R, was observed accumulated in a quantity greater than 5% of the area of the room on the floors and was found to be explosive, on or about 5/16/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
