29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installation(s) 600 volts, nominal, or less were used in prohibited manners: Location: Warehouse Instance 1: On or about 4/29/16, the employer used extension cords to supply power to their portable conveyors opposed to connecting them directly to a powers source. Instance 2: On or about 4/29/16, the employer daisy chained a gray extension cord into the power cord of the soda vending machine exposing employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
