On or about 4/21/16, on site, for employees working in the wood shop required to don a 3M N95 dust mask when conducting sanding operations. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation. b). On or about 4/21/16, on site, for employees required to don a 3M 1/2 mask respirator when conducting spray painting operations in a paint booth. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation.
