29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Notcher Area; On or about March 15, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to slip/trip hazards in that employees were required to walk and work in areas that had large quantities of water that had collected due to a rotted out gutter in the ceiling.
