29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) Loading dock - On or about February 3, 2016, a Nissan Model 30 forklift identified as #5, serial number 9N2054, with a broken seatbelt was not removed from service by the employer. b) Loading dock - On or about February 3, 2016, three forklifts used for loading freight had broken propane tank locator pins, but were not removed from service by the employer.
