29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical for which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): (a) Sandow Development LLC: 2 16th Street, Wheeling: On or about January 16, 2016, and times prior, employees were found using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, diesel fuel, which contains Naphthalene. The employees were not provided material safety data sheets for the hazardous materials.
