29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(ii)(B): Provision for the authorized employee to ascertain the exposure status of individual group members with regard to the lockout or tagout of the machine or equipment and each authorized employee shall affix their lock to the energy isolating device: a) The employer did not ensure that each authorized employee engaged in a group maintenance activity, when assessing the need for group lockout, properly ascertained his or her status of exposure to the hazardous energy.
