29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not collect personal samples representative of a full shift, including at least one sample for each job classification in each work area, either for each shift or for the shift with the highest exposure level: a) Alba Services Inc., 250 5th Ave. NY, NY 10001. The employer failed to determine if workers performing demolition of building structures, such as internal walls, were exposed to lead at or above the action level. The condition was noted on or about 11/23/15. b) Alba Services Inc., 250 5th Ave. NY, NY 10001. The employer failed to determine if workers performing torch cutting operations in the vault of the former bank were exposed to lead at or above the action level. The condition was noted on or about 11/23/15. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
