29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about September 25 ,2015, an employee working from an aerial lift to remove a chimney from an apartment building was exposed to a fall hazard and the employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections were being made by a competent person at the job site. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
