29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Administrative offices: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the exit route was obstructed by boxes, paint cans, cleaning materials, and other miscellaneous office equipment and supplies. (b) Maintenance Shop: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the only designated exit route was obstructed by trash cans, paint cans, shop equipment, and other miscellaneous shop supplies. (c) Log Plume: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, a plastic pipe measuring 1 foot off the ground obstructs the exit path. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
