29 CFR 1926.1413(c)(2)(ii): In addition, at least every 12 months, a complete and thorough inspection of the surface of the entire length of the wire ropes was not completed by a qualified person with particular attention given to paragraphs (A) through (D) of this section: An American Model 5460 lattice boom crane did not have a complete and thorough inspection of the wire ropes performed in the annual inspection completed on 3/10/15. The inspection was performed with the boom apart on the ground and the wire rope in storage.
