29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area: (a) Roof Section Over Garage: An employee was exposed to a fall of 11 feet 5 inches to 13 feet 11 inches to the ground below while installing siding on a residence from a roof bracket scaffold. The employer has not provided the employee with training on recognition of fall hazards while working on scaffolds, as determined on April 1, 2015. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
