29 CFR 1910.184(c)(6): Slings were not securely attached to their loads: CONCAST AREA: On or about March 30, 2015 the employer did not ensure that a chain sling was securely attached to the load by ensuring that the sling's hook was equipped with a latch. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards and burn hazards.
