29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Security Forces Building, WV Air National Guard: Employees and site superintendents that were exposed to falling fourteen feet from a roof were not trained on the safe procedures to follow in order to minimize the hazard of falling including the different types of fall protection measures that could have been used on site as determined on March 26, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
