29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace. a) On or about February 26, 2015, while painting in the paint booth, located in Fabrication Shop One at 873 Georgetown Rd., Salem, Ohio 44460, the employer did not provide painters, who use half-mask air purifying respirators, with a medical evaluation before allowing them to use the respirators.
