29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2)(ii): When walkways between scaffold sections are less than 18 inches wide, employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Fabricated Scaffold system at Hampstead High Street: On or about February 12, 2015 and times prior thereto the employer had a scaffold platform which was less than 18 inches wide exposing employees to 13 foot fall hazard.
