29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a) On or about January 16, 2015, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to an approximate seven foot fall hazard where the work platform on the Battenfeld-Fischer, Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, Type: FHB-054-1, Mach No. 4003, was accessed at 1311 Four Bottle Drive, Valley City, North Dakota. (b) On or about January 16, 2015, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to overhead struck-by hazards where the work platform on the Battenfeld-Fischer, Extrusion Blow Molding Machine, Type: FHB-054-1, Mach No. 4003, was accessed to perform servicing and maintenance at 1311 Four Bottle Drive, Valley City, North Dakota.
