OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. (a) Jobsite - On or about January 22, 2015 employee was exposed to a stuck by hazard when using a Kent KF4 hydraulic breaker and a Caterpillar 262D skid steer loader to flip a casting furnace lid.
