29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items by this section: a. On or about December 17, 2014, in the Service Shop, the employer did not have written specific energy control procedures that precisely outline the scope, rules and steps for the control of hazardous energy of the GS-5735D recycling body of the recycling truck, among other equipment with potential to store energy, exposing employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
