29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, materials handling areas, storage areas, and hoisting areas shall be connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines. a. On or about November 20, 2014, on the north side at the ladder access at the roof, employees performing re-roofing work on a low slope roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet in that the warning lines were not erected to connect the point of access to the work area.
