29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: a) Building #8, Second Floor - On or about October 2, 2014, an employee was using a spray machine powered by two flexible cords connected to a generator and the cords were incorrectly spliced, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
