29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: A.) R.M. Construction, LLC, 2020 Edinboro Road, Erie, PA, 16509, on or about October 2nd, 2014, and times prior thereto: Company employees were periodically exposed to various hazards including, but not limited to, physical hazards to the feet from carrying tools, equipment, and loads of wood. Company employees were not wearing steel-toe safety shoes. B.) R.M. Construction, LLC, 2020 Edinboro Road, Erie, PA, 16509, on or about October 2nd, 2014, and times prior thereto: Company employees were periodically exposed to chemical exposure hazards to the eyes and/or face, and eye and/or face hazards from flying particles. Company employees were not wearing appropriate safety glasses.
