29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Riser height and/or tread depth was not uniform within each flight of stairs, including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: On or about August 17, 2014, location was on Barge #20, for the steps leading into the Break Shack, the risers were not uniform; the middle step height rise height was approximately twice the rise of the other two steps.
